Here at Simply J.D. & Co., we strive to bring you the best in service & selection at the lowest prices possible. We will not compromise or sacrifice price for quality!
We are a company that is very "price concise", but also pride ourselves on quality. We hand pick all of our parts & select the best to assure that our customer is getting the best for their money.

We currently are deploying 2 types of storage shed lines. We offer 5 basic sizes. Other Sizes are available upon request. And YES, we will do garages, car ports, decks & covered patios First in our lineup is our "Simple" Design Storage Sheds for those that are on a budget or just want a no thrills storage shed. Second in our lineup is our "Premium" Design Storage Sheds for those that want something a little fancier.

We service Goldendale, The Dalles, Hood River, Cascade Locks, White Salmon, Moiser, Rufus, Stevenson, Rosevelt, Portland & Vancouver as well. We will travel the entire Columbia River Gorge to sell a storage shed or install a Summit Stair Chair Lift!

Simply J.D. & Co. realizes that people are cost conscientious. So please read the following & keep it in mind when you order a storage shed or are planning to build one. On each of our Features, Extra Features & Upgrade Options pages are printable charts. Please use them. You can print them before you call if you have any questions!

"Standard Features" are standard products built into our storage sheds. These items are included in our "Base Prices".
"Extra Features" are upgradable products that can be built into our storage sheds by request. These items are not charged out as "Options". They only increase the price of the shed by the cost of materials used!
"Upgrade Options" are products that will increase the cost of the shed quit significantly. Ex: Windows & Doors require more framing or different framing to be installed, therefor adding to the labor involved.
Simple Site Preparations is defined as minor ground work, flat or prepared surfaces, etc.
Extreme Site Preparation is defined as major ground works, concrete work, unleveled ground preparation, digging, grading, excavating, etc.
