Not only will we put up signage, but our marketing efforts will also include a featured page on this website including
photos, a listing on the MLS for other realtors to see, flyers out to relocation companies and
human resource departments in the local area. Simply J.D. & Co. will tell people calling in looking for a place
to rent about the properties we are managing first. We will also put ads in The Goldendale Sentinel, The Dalles
Reminder, Gorge.net, rental guides, local media, classified ads boards on the web as well as other media. We have
advertisement attracting prospects in major search engines, online classifieds and within our advertisement network.
Because of our reputation, many prospects contact our office for a free list of the vacancies we are managing.
No one benefits from vacancies, including our company. In light of that fact, while other management companies
often continue to charge owners management fees on vacant properties, Simply J.D. & Co. DOES NOT! Homes we
are in charge of don't stay empty for long. We have a list of clients just waiting to move into your rental property.
We normally don't need to advertise empty homes.

Simply J.D. & Co. reserves the right to:
1. The property is brought to a "rent ready" state via necessary clean up and repairs
2. Pictures taken of rental unit / property.
3. Screen our waiting list of tenants for a match.
4. If no match is found:
- post signage in yard.
- post rental unit on our website.
- advertise in media as stated above.
5. If no match is found within 2 weeks, we will review the case and adjust accordingly.
6. If no match is found within 4 weeks, Simply J.D. & Co. will review the case and decide weather or not to
continue to manage the rental unit / property.
