Simply J.D. & Co. maintains complete computerized records on each property. You are provided with a monthly
Cash Flow Statement and additional customized reports are available for your specific needs. Monthly services include
rent collection, payment of all or a portion of property operating expenses, monthly disbursement and financial
reports. Consolidated reporting for all your properties, under Simply J.D. & Co. is provided.

Simply J.D. & Co. is experimenting with different types of property management software. We are dedicated to
ease of use reporting and tracking. We will revise this page when we find a method that suits all of our needs.
As of now, we manually enter all data into spreadsheets and keep a printed copy.
We will provide Property Owners with:
- Petty Cash Account Reports
- Charge Account Reports
- Monthly Rental Income Reports
- Monthly Deposit Reports
- Monthly Expense Reports
all on an annual basis.
